I won the Hair Style Ala Wella award from the recently concluded Eh Awards 2006 last December 14 during our EAO team Christmas Party. My brainchild popular contest is a mock of rewards program of HP to employee. This time, it recognizes the EAO personalities that stand out from the rest to and in my case, my hair style. Other winners include EAO Coverboy and Covergirl, Idol Kuya and Idol Ate, EAO Sweethearts to name a few.

I was nominated in 7 categories out of 25, without take it, take it hullabaloo, namely Congeniality, Mr. Japorms, Male Sapstar of the Night, Most Promising Love Team with Dans, PhotoSAP Kodak Image with Jammy, Hair Style Ala Wella and Best Dance. The latter was the second award I received during that night with the Shububu Boys in our show-stopper performance last offsite. Wearing Shububu Girls‘ outfit paid off.

I wanted to be hailed as the Male Sapstar very much that it disappointed me quite that carrying 80′s Bagets look was overshadowed by our lead team manager’s short shorts of 80′s basketball era. He is deserving for I can’t show off with that costume and I believe no one could either. Di namin kinaya.

At least even I haven’t won the most coveted awards, the teddy dog and I took the spotlight during some time in the course of the show. But most especially it is how the wonder felt from EAO as my audio video presentations were played reciprocated the effort.

There’ll be 2007 Eh Awards Night at the summer offsite and expect me to be on stage and backstage.
