This timely vacation is the only time I am able to find the time again after it was pilfered for a long time. Time after time, ayt? I never had a summer and Christmas vacation last year and it’s always been work, work, work.

Way back high school, I had all the time, the energy but no money. These days, I have the money and the energy still. Yet, no time.

This week has been my breathing time and it really feels good to control my day. But I’m afraid when Monday comes, I have to carry Europe again. The systems being taken care of bc1420, my P&G number, are Europe-based. I’m sure I’ll work in a double shift, 16 hours straight. I have no rants about the upcoming weeks because it is my choice to build a new system for my learning. The Security group where I belong will be audited at the same time and for a first timer, it’s a good experience.For two weeks, I may not have the opportunity to update my site. Sigh.

Manila ERP folks are workaholics. All other teams rely on us and are expecting to get to the bottom of ALL issues. Escalation is the word. 24/7 is the adjective. Tsk, no time for love… that even the time to love the work itself won’t come.

Like Danella, many may wonder how did I manage to find time for j o n a s . p h. The process of building the site to presenting it live is a long process. I started working last August. By simple arithmetic, it took me 5 months. So the FTE, full-time effort, is very very minimal. Of course, I can just post blog with readily available templates but that would not be me.
