Compute. Compile. Compete. is the shoutout of UP Association for Computing Machinery, ACM’s first student chapter in the country. Like the world’s oldest educational society, it aims to advance the skills and knowledge of the students, not only CS, on the sciences and arts of modern computing.
I grow with this ‘more-than-a-club’ organization. I’m very proud of the achievements and honors received by the vision-driven founders, our very accomplished batch of executive council members and the succeeding hardworking officers. The team computes, compiles and competes with other student chapters around WWW (yeah, the globe) and earns ACM Chapter Excellence Award thrice in a row for community service and recruitment program.
UP ACM reminds me of KISSes or Knowledge and Information Sharing Sessions, pizza (Hut), Amazing Race, Student or Teacher game which is based on Computer Programmer or Serial Killer, dollar saving accounts and webcasts.
More power to UP ACM!
This is my first attempt to create a ring ambigram and I really like it. I hope someone from the group would port this one to Photoshop (oh someone had whispered Gimp).
Reunion! Reunion! Reunion!
