It’s creativity successfully applied!

I’ve been upgrading the components of SAP for more than a year now. Applying support packages does not just provide me more technical learnings but it brings out the obsessive-compulsive out of me in project management. QMR or Quality Maintenance Release, or more known in the IT world as patch management, will start from talking with other technical professionals and can end up with talking to the SAP system and shouting in frustration ‘Hey! Come up! Come up!’.

If you want to be a hardcore on SAP Basis, place SAP patch management on your workplan! That’s what you call big things that come in small, er, SAP, support packages!
